Social
I'm definitely not a social media influencer, but I am always craving to learn the newest ways to do things and promote online. In school, I am in charge of social media for Rock Hill Radio, the Gay-Straight Alliance, and Blue Hawk Yearbook. But I also use social media in my everyday life because I own my own photography business which I push on social media and I also have been the social media manager for various companies in my area. So really I'm always scrolling, liking, and posting.

Yearbook

When it comes to social media for the yearbook our biggest thing is that we try and make all the branding look the same for the year and make it match the theme for the year. That allows our students to get a glimpse into what our book looks like and also allows them to be able to identify the source of information immediately.
Live Event Coverage
Football Game Updates

Pep - Rally Live Coverage

Along with branding we also try and be ontop of every event happening with that as I photograph events I make social media content and live tweets to let out audience know whats happening on campus.
Planning
Group planning
Rock Hill Radio Calendar
We also use a couple of strategies to plan. For yearbook we start in our weekly staff meeting with making a list of all the upcoming content we need to make for the week. Then I will make content post it on the media's instagram account and then share the content with other members so that they can post it on their personal social media's as well.

For Rock Hill Radio we use our google calendar to keep track of all of our postings. On it, we include as much information as we can so that whoever is in charge of social for that week has everything they need. I usually will have my staff write the caption that they want me to use in the description and attach all links that they need me to include to the event so that I have everything right there.
Radio

For Rock Hill Radio most of our promotions are just marketing that we have something coming up or are doing a special program for the station. These are some of my favorite advertisements that I've made over the years.
